A subject you enjoyed studying this term

This year has been very dynamic, because it's been the year I've enjoyed the most in my career, I’ve been learn a lot of graphic design so I’m so happy for that.

I have eight subject this semester but one of that has been amazing, that subject is called ‘editorial design”. This subject is from graphic design career because there is a side of this career where We design books (all of his part), conceptual way, graphic way and physical way. During this semester, in ‘editorial design” I’ve learned so much about books (physical and conceptual ways, in Chile), also his part, his layout, his purpose and finally after all of that We’ve been doing (my class) a project, a personal project where We are doing our first book (specifically to a target group). My book is a book of poems, a conceptual book.

This subject I’ve enjoyed a lot for two reasons. The first one because I’ve learned to much, inspired me a lot and I’ve known different books types, author and how has been the book in Chile. Secondly because my project I’ve doing with my best friend (my friend from post 5 hahaha), she is the author of my book and it’s so gratifying because this books is for her.

I'm excited to be able to create something I'm proud of.

What’s your favorite TV show / film?

In one of my older post i wrote about the one of my favorite hobbies was to watch TV shows and TV series. There are of the thing that i liked to do in my free time for entertainment and anxiety. Postgraduate Studies

Hi! As I’ve always written about my interest of my career so obviously I would really like to keep in the same line and my department has a course after our pregrade it calls Editorial Design and what i like most is the teacher because I already know him because I was two courses and I really like him, he know about design a lot, a like the way of thinking from him, he is really nice and intelligent. The most interesting subjects that I would take would be “Editiorial design and typography” and “Pre-press and printing processes”. The most thing I excited are the styles and ways of book printing because I already know basic thing about these but I would like to know more about industrial ways and sustainable ways of printing too, being able to know about the paper and how it is used correctly. Why did you choose this career / course?

Hi!. First of all I studying graphic design. I chose this career because I always liked to see the beauty of the things, to see the covers of books and how they make it, the creation process. I knew design program when I was 15 years old and from there I edit and I love it but now I’m at the university already bored me. Since I was a boy I wanted to be teacher because I played with my brother and my cousin, but now I love design and I can be design teacher hahaha. It was very hard choose this career because I don’t like draw and I thought graphic design it was draw a lot but it hasn’t like that.
